ORDERS & DROPS

All our pieces are released in limited-run drops. To get access, we highly recommend signing up for our email/sms list. Subscribers receive early access, exclusive offers, and are the first to know about drop dates.

Generally, no. Each drop is exclusive and produced in limited quantities to maintain its uniqueness. Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked. On rare occasions, we may re-release an archival piece, but this is not guaranteed. The best way to secure an item is to purchase it during the drop.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as payments through PayPal, Shop Pay and Mbway. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

We process orders very quickly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@expndclothing.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our base in Portugal.

Yes, we ship to most destinations worldwide.

After a processing time of 1-3 business days, estimated delivery times are:

  • Portugal: 2-4 business days
  • Europe (EU): 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-25 business days

Please note these are estimates and can be affected by customs processing in your country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

For orders shipped outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. EXPND is not responsible for these charges; they are the full responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

Each product page has a "Size Guide" button with detailed measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own to ensure the best fit.

To preserve the quality and print/embroidery of your items, we recommend washing them inside out with cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid tumble drying and direct ironing on the print/embroidery. Specific care instructions can be found on the tag of each garment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For customers within the European Union, we accept returns for a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order, as per EU law. For all customers outside of the EU, sales are final. Please read our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for detailed information

We stand by our quality. If you receive a product with a defect or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@expndclothing.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a solution for you.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee stock for direct exchanges. The best way to proceed if you are an EU customer is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
