Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from Portugal to destinations worldwide. Shipping can take between 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Expnd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Expnd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
No Returns: Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Refunds & Exchanges: We only offer refunds or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at general@expndclothing.com, within 7 days of receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.
