Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Portugal. During high-volume periods, such as a new drop, please allow for minor delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped from our base in Portugal via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) or an equivalent carrier.

  • Domestic (Portugal): Typically arrives within 2-4 business days.

  • Europe (EU): Typically arrives within 5-15 business days.

  • International (Rest of World): Typically arrives within 10-25 business days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing in your country.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes EXPND is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not able to predict these charges.

Damages & Lost Packages While we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal) In accordance with EU law, customers within the European Union have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Defective or Incorrect Items (All Customers) We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@expndclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a solution, which may include a refund or a replacement. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

All Sales Final (Non-EU Customers) For customers outside of the European Union, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
